Thread regarding Lumen Technologies layoffs

April 7 is dday for repair

Heard from very good sources that on April 7, repair agents at lumen will be rifd and jobs outsourced over seas. If you are in repair better start looking for new jobs. the death spiral continues.

Just got out that company departed for Brightspeed. Shipping repair work overseas hope will backfire and this company fails. When Level 3 took over my financial worries become he-l. They were always looking to cut corners looking at numbers rather than quality and customer satisfaction. May the CEO keep looking at the sky; hope your days are numbered.

I don't think they can do that. If I recall there is a section in the union contract about a percent ratio between contracted workers and employees of the company. Selling away states that house repair representatives could be the "outside of the box trick", but right now as of today.. company better check their numbers before force reducing, or more lawsuits will be coming.

This is expected.
Less support, less techs, less customers.

“They already tried it”
But now there is only half the network to work on with most likely most local states to be sold.

They already tried it, doesn’t work and they don’t have enough repair testers as is. I would say your lucky if you get Rifd, there’s better salt mines out there
