Rather than maturing gracefully and sticking to what worked…being a trusted advisor, Allstate is chasing every trend and gimmick to "gain market share". Nothing has worked yet.
His wife/their stock holders think he's still got it, but everyone else, including his kids/agents know he's gonna end up with a comb-over cruising the college bars, telling remember when stories.

Only thing OP could have added to make this 100% Picasso is we are also starting to get a waft every so often of that classic stale old man bu-t stank. You all know what I'm talking about. Reductions in Force have that same smell.
