Anyone getting rsu stock grants?

This one isn’t hard to figure out. They made commitments to drive out $600M in cost in order to juice the stock price. People are one of the biggest costs and easiest to cut. However cutting people is costly in severance benefits. So, they actually want people to leave (no severance). Then they can decide not to backfill or backfill offshore. Why would they want to pay increases when they want you to leave? Worse, the increases end up being funded by job cuts. It’s a downward spiral. Unfortunately it’s not unique to TR.
@cidk+1lrWto19 The T-Family is by far the richest family in Canada. They are 44th in the world.
You deserve better than 0%. I left in 2021 for a new job, and I've now found another one I'm jumping to. So there are opportunities out there and I encourage you to seek them out. I encourage everyone at TR to trust in and take care of themselves.
0% even after achieving everything that was asked for.

I'm pretty sure those numbers are two point five and one point one five. This website appears to be adding spaces after the decimal point, as if it were a period.

What country? The only way anyone in US got 5% or 15% for Achieved is if they were already below market.
- 5% for achieved.
- 15% for achieved. Just wait, it is coming for you too one day.
- 2٪ in US for achieved
I got 2.5% in the USA. That is insulting in this job market.
Please remember that merit is different from country to country based on currencies, inflation and different market dynamics… so what you get in US is completely different than UK, Switzerland, India, Mexico… etc. Apples to oranges.
- 24%
0% - not pulling anyone’s leg. Seriously 0%
Got 2%. The same I get every year. Boss lied to me saying that was the average. Looks like many got 5%.
Got 2.5%. This sucks especially now that things are so expensive and outside job market is not good.
Good for you to get 5%.
SH and KR are hardly worth anywhere near their comp either. But hey, the stock was at all time high for like 10 minutes.... Gotta be worth a few million in ELT comp.
@2vtx+1lrWto19 - I think MAV's full quote was, "We pay competitively in the market for Chief People Officers. According to Wallmine, her total comp package is approx $4.1M, and shockingly, she's the 3rd highest-paid exec at TR. On what planet is she worth that comp package?
"We pay competitively in the market" - MAV
I heard one raise pool was 3.1% but the salary bands went up 7%. They aren’t even trying to pay market salaries.
Hearing 2% for meets expectations. I'm sure it's all across the spectrum.
Just under 5%, from what I’m hearing 3-3.5% has been the average for those that met expectations in their review with my department.
- 5% honestly higher than what I was expecting
I got 5. More than I expected.
Stack ranking = no matter how hard you try, someone with higher visibility than you will always get a bigger raise regardless of what you do or how much you try to help your colleagues.
