Project Lotus was meant to get KS, Professional and Corporates on one CRM platform Salesforce while also trying to get everyone to use SAP as the order to cash system. KS uses unison and Professional has EMS. It was a mess and a nightmare. Tons of money to be thrown at a project that could not be supported by a in the box take it as it is SAP order to cash system. Huge failure! Then KR came along and renamed it Change Management and they still could not KS systems off Unison! What a joke!
