... got my "meeting" and the HR representative immediately after called my manager to laugh about their level of "harshness" and cackle disappointedly about how close they were to making me cry. I see why they were promoted by the new world order. People like this are why people go postal.
After the lazy, inexperienced and inept all get promoted and those that don't "self-promote" are let go, who is going the do the work? Maybe there will be a new Marie Antoinette cake category. Be nice so you can get your bonus? Think it will implode.
