i bet the intc plan is using Chat GPT, to fully understand the workload tax on the server, with the point to showcase intc server performance as a sell up proof point, then have another team to see if they can pull some of the workload to the client, to support same strategy for client. (it's what i'd do)

Many other companies including financial ones are doing that since there is no way to know what proprietary data has been used for learning and could be problematic down the road with legal implications. This decision is fair, of course intel has other big problems to solve

I will never trust fake intelligence. Flaws will be built into it by coders own biases even if this is not intended.
