Post Covid hire
I’m starting to enjoy this place.
It’s got some things that could be better but all in all it could be worse.

That’s how it works, you think everything is going ok (or it could be worse), so you keep chugging along until one day you come in to work as normal and get called into a rif meeting and are told it’s your last day

Don't worry, this is Honeywell, it will get worse. This is the natural order of Honeywell. Unless you are in the upper level of management, then it only gets better. Until it collapses. Good luck!

I’m a post Covid hire as well. Around EOY ‘21. While it certainly isn’t the best place to work, pretty much every other place I’ve been has been way more dysfunctional. Maybe I just don’t know better.
