what is the targeted amount for layoffs?

Any news? I know someone who was hired but then Hr went radio silent. Bad sign I assume.
I’m not there anymore, but awhile ago they were ‘right-sized’ for a 5-7 rig development program. Now they’re going to a 1.5 rig program. Knowing the company and assets I think they could run the key assets (Elk Hills/BV & Wilmington) with 1-3 geologists and reservoir engineers each. All the other assets could we wrapped up and managed by a small team pretty easily (in office). The field folks got hit real hard in 2020 and I’m not sure they’ve staffed up much since then, so hopefully they’re safe.
