I got my merit letter. I had to look after I left work. I leave work at 12 on Fridays I didn’t get mine until 2pm. Freaking only 2.65 percent

Each direct leadership has them and will meet with their direct reports (the letters are not automated) so there is normally a range of dates you will see people getting them. The Merit is basically same as last year 3% is the baseline with 4.5% being max
