The only skill needed in Pats Intel is to praise Jesus. This Re--rdtel, not Intel.
If he reduces technical debt in the management ranks, there won't be anyone left.
Imagine if he raised salaries by 20% instead of the demoralized mess it is right now. Does pat think he's an aristocrat?
