It’s a dump of a company now. They’ve been subtly telling employees this for several years now, starting with the waiver employees were forced to sign under duress. It got worse from there. The decision to remove HR from having any real relevance in the company was also a head scratcher.
Policyholders, employee's no longer matter in the grand scheme of this transformation. Bernie Madoff succeeded for many years until the house of cards collapsed.
