The best advice for those who are younger is that this is not a place to stay for a long time.
It may be somewhat easier for them to find a new job, but what should we do who are much older? At my age, finding a new job is not so easy.

Damn that’s funny…..see below
I’ve got some good news for you…before you do anything drastic. Find out if your boss is being let go. If he takes a package then ask to interview for his job. If your good at being WOKE, lazy, diverse, likes to sit at home and you only know 2 words “yes mam” then you are more than qualified. But, since you are from the field it probably means you are not political, you tell it like it is, your opinionated, open minded bringing good fresh ideas and you work your living a-s off even off the clock which means it probably wouldn’t work out for you because your better than the mgmt. team and they can’t have that. Good luck.
Yea. Anyone that is let go should be able to land another dsd job easily if they want..
Go to receiving and talk to the receiver. The receiver should be someone whom you had good rapport with. Ask them if you can go through their Rolodex for key contact names of companies that maybe hiring. Also, the store director is a great source.
