Total failure, but what did you expect?

Got away from DXC. Promised a great employee experience. Instead we got branded mugs and 2% raises against double digit inflation. And these fatheaded executives have town halls where they tell us what we REALLY want... we want recognition. We want a vision.

No, you mo--ns. We want compensation. We want to pay our bills for the 65-70 hours we're working every week just to keep your half-baked schemes afloat. Underpricing on RFPs just to get the business, not giving a damn about the people you destroy just to try to get the work done so you can hit those quarterly numbers.

Corporations are sociopaths, but Gainwell is more than that. Gainwell is a narcissistic sociopath. Gaslighting its employees, driving them to early graves, all for quarterly numbers.

Get out while you can.

Reusing what was done for other States is pure genius. It's not like the State people know how the systems work. If GW can hit the broad side of a barn the States are happy. Then GW can charge to fix the defects over the next couple decades. What's not to like?

The new factory methodology is not going to work.
How about Agile? How about we start with actual training? How about some corporate standards? How about a team whose job is to know the db inside and out instead of asking new hires to 'figure out' where things are? Also, reusing what was done for other states is a recipe for disaster.
