Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Alternative to Intel turnaround plan

If you can't manage manufacturing efficiently, spin it off or create a joint venture with TSMC (if so, TSMC will not need to build more fabs outside Taiwan and Intel still get a share from manufacturing). It will be good for both shareholders and current employees. I think if Intel let Mobileye's CEO to be the group CEO and spin off the manufacturing. It would immediately turn around the company.

Fabs need to be spun off one way or another. They are the fastest sinking. Maybe the government can force a shotg-n wedding for that ugly thing with Samsung or TSMC. The move for pay cut and dividend cut are clearly designed to please the current socialist government. Perhaps they would do something in return.

We are in a recession nobody would want LTD nor Intel fabs, inefficient, lagging technology and arrogant and incompetent leadership.

Now three years ago during the shortage you might have tricked someone not now

The last CEO wanted to do that, he was fired.

IDM and IFS let’s do the kitchen sink. Compete with AMD, Nvidia, Apple and TSMC. All more valuable and better execution better managed comaoanies with superior technology.

Our angle, we have a leader who learned at the masters feet and he will get billions of government money. Forget the fact so will the competitors.

You think the leader will be sent to h€ll for this sin

Intel manages manufacturing efficiently already. You must be a don't know. Probably someone that worked at Intel, was lazy and skill-less, got laid off, found themselves unhireable, and remain bitter
