USAA informed their employees yesterday they will be required to spend a minimum of 3 days a week in an office. This includes employees hired as remote 2 plus years ago.
Time for everyone to go back into the office 5 days a week. Enough laying around at home.
There are people on this thread sharing factual information being downvoted. Y’all are wild. Claims is moving to a two week in office presence with half in on week 2 and half in on week 3. It will be shared seating- Team A sits in the space in week 2 and Team B on week 3. Some teams are moving floors. Leadership communications went out over the last week.
Frogs in a pot of water on the stove.
I love this idea and can't wait to get back into the office
Once the offshoring begins that will free up a lot of space!
So they are packing us in like sardines. Shared work desks so now we can spread germs easily. Also no personal decorations since it is a shared desk. I hate the changes. Whoever’s brain dead idea this is should be taken out back and shot/ put to pasture.
just got out of huddle, this is true
I'll make sure to rub my rear end all over there shared desks lol
My manager said that we’ll be moving floors and to shared space.
Crapaganda as usual on this site.
is this the "feb 29th" meeting the resident troll was spamming about?
Just seating changes? Cool. Was worth 3 threads.
Injury claims moving to the third floor, shared desk with Express. Dedicated weeks for teams. An improvement going from 13 weeks in office to 12 for the year.
Heard today that Claims would have to share desks with Express.
When you are planning on off shoring no need for a lot ,of future office space.Green curry anyone?
They are consolidating hub space. Moving to a shared space model. Not even the CMs will have their own office.
Considering they are looking at sun leasing buildings I doubt they plan on bringing people back on a full time basis.
Anyone know details?
Put em ALL BACK in offices.
