New hires coming in are making more money than the people already doing the job. I think it's fair if they do more of the work. Thats why employees are dropping like rats off a sinking ship. This company is unsustainable!

Untrue in my area.
Kate is in way over her head. Culture and employees aren't the problem, selling products & services that customers want to pay for and actually providing what they pay for is. Her smoke & mirrors show will not last.
Anyone who thinks Lumen is headed anywhere but bankruptcy has been sprinkling something on their corn flakes. The management team has been doing nothing but getting rid of talent and selling off assets. They have destroyed the value and reputation of this company in the name of greed. Very few people have ever heard of Lumen or care get out now unless you want to support their greed. You are but a number and when they find a lower number you are gone. Every tool wears out and has to be upgraded to a cheaper model. Its better than minimum wage for a minute or two though.
Move on people awhile the job growth is strong.
Lumen doesn't want you!
Get on with better jobs out there!
Go get retrained and find something better to be happy.
Lumen wants you all gone. They want to start with new younger and obedient crowd.
Now Get!!!!
I wonder why everyone denying the truth.
I know everyone are frustrated and upset that Lumen doesn't support technicians the way they want to be.
The only way Lumen can prevent the ship from sinking is to unload the unwanted technology and employees to go with it.
Let's see what Kate can do.
She's going to get whole a lot of people mad. But, sometimes she has to do what it take to get Lumen back on its feet.
John Legere with Tmobile did just that.
He took a dying company and turn it around to become the #1 cellular company in the USA. Kate has a good fight chance.
Remember, Lumen isn't about your future.
Lumen only cares about its own future. Lumen will do anything for its own success and doesn't care about who's feelings they'll hurt.
