Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Constant layoffs are very stressful

I never expected a great job stability here, but the constant uncertainty and worry about the job has become a huge source of stress for me. How do you deal with anxiety?

First month working here, I ki-led my objective. Got my bonus and was honestly offended at how little it was and never pushed hard like that since. Management has absolutely no clue how to motivate or manage people here.

Definitely leave if you're young. Even older folks should look elsewhere. This isn't a career. I make the same as I did 12 years ago because the little raises we get are axed by the cuts in the bonuses.

Find a new job, you aren't wanted or appreciated here. The company views you simply as a business expense that they don't want to have.

Absolutely, if you are young most definitely get a new job. This company won’t change their evil ways, it’s only going to get worse!

It's a shame. Been this way for years. If you are young find something else.
