Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Some people have to learn the hard way…

Sorry to say, but it appears some people just don’t understand that it’s very likely You missed the boat.

Xerox has been in decline for years. But, yet somehow people think it’s going to turn around and be the latest greatest thing since sliced cheese.

My recommendation to you. “Cut your losses now”. What in the world are you waiting for? A federal xerox bailout? Please!! Seriously get out of Dodge before its too late. Actually its already too late, but just run like heck.

Avoid this place like the plague. Don’t be a fool. Leave and don’t look back.

You never learn. You will be one of the stunned individuals that get destroyed soon. You never think its gonna be you. Ever. No matter what. You have it all planned, until your world is destroyed in seconds. I pity the foolishness, at least die like men. Think … use your brain , not the cr-p they force feed you.

Blah, blah, blah. Give it a rest already.
What's the scoop on layoffs?

If people want to stay at xerox that’s their business. Perplexed why they’re (their, there, bear) on a site for layoffs feebly trying to desperately defend it as a great place to be though. At xerox where theirs fire theirs smoke…and mirrors too.

Big man. He’s gonna snip his w-2 for us. Your a piece of work. You are likely the problem with this company, if not the world. It’s sad when xerox executives have to come on here, and discount anything other than xerox propaganda. No Mayan calendar or Basement here, wrong again. Bad judgement call again. But you of course “know it all…”. No one can tell you anything. SMH.

Your mental and physically health declined because you are weak.

Xerox...every one of my leaders left ON THEIR OWN ACCORD BECAUSE THEY WERE OVERWORKED, DOING THE JOB OF 3 EXECUTIVES! Those coworkers still left are being worked to death. My mental and physical health started to decline badly. My layoff was a blessing in disguise. I should of sued the company. Xerox doesn't care about their employees. Never did under the new CHRO.

You're a broken record, dude. I'm staying. But thanks for the unsolicited advice. I'm sure you'll keep "reminding" us every week that we need to quit.

Please outsource sales to HCL, replace service with if,than, else statements (ai) and turn dividend tap all the way to the right.

I’ll gladly send you a snip of my W-2s if that means you go back into your moms basement and it shuts you up. Is your email still excrybaby@aolstillrules ..com? If so, I’ll send it there.

What YOU don’t understand is that your myopic view doesn’t matter. But please, cry on and keep telling us we’re going to go under every year. Lol. You remind me of the conspiracy theorists out there who keep moving the goal posts for every major event that is supposed to happen. Got a Mayan calendar in your pocket still?

You all could be politicians with those remarks. A Lie is not a lie if you keep believing its not a lie.

Take your 90 or 100K and stay there until the doors fall off, for all I care.

Anyone worth their salt knows that you are either lying or your so misguided that you don’t understand, or you simply don’t care.

Whatever it is. Please. The last person there….turn out the lights, and make sure the heat is turned down.

Let’s see how far 90k goes. Shall we?

My guess is the OP was not making anywhere near the sums being quoted by others and still bitter about it. I have an idea OP: if you agree to pay all of us at least 100K annually with no strings attached, we’ll all leave. I’ll take a pay cut if I could just sit around on a beach all day somewhere. Sound good? Oh you won’t? Then stfu! Lol

TSR here making a considerable sum (due to handling some additional network duties at my core). Will choose not to disclose annual figures to not offend some. I will be here until the wheels fall off or the checks start bouncing. :) If we are ever swallowed up by Fuji or HP as rumors persist, they will still need TSRs so I’ll gladly cash their checks too. Make yourself indispensable with extra skill sets and you will sleep better at night.

I’ll be boastful because I don’t care about hurting all the mid western tech’s feelings on here: I’ll gladly keep taking my 250k+ year earnings and knocking out competitors with a smile on my face. The sales engine is keeping this place going. The techs have nothing but a myopic view because they have blinders on in their small region. There are huge wins occurring left and right despite what you hear on this sh*t board. Xerox is not going anywhere regardless what you guys pray for. Deal with it. Nobody is saying the market isn’t shrinking but I’ll still laugh my way to the bank until I retire.

I must be living in the twilight zone because somehow I'm still closing deals and receiving a paycheck..... weird! Not looking to seem boastful at all, but it depends on what your role is at X. The only people who complain about X are TSM's and TSR's from my experience.
