If I put my notice in now (Feb 17) will I get my bonus payout? Or wait until payday?

You should ask HR. I would assume you’d be safe after the 27th.
What if you give notice on Monday, February 27? Since it is after the pay period can they still terminate you without bonus?
Take a couple days PTO if it is that challenging right now, and give notice after payment.
I checked. Policy says you have to be employed through payment date. I would wait to give notice cause they have been known to decline your notice and let you go immediately
