Please add into Straight from Kate suggestion box to offer vspp's to speed up attrition & lower operating costs. $25-30k isn't going to put a scratch in the corporate bank account versus the 40 million or so that you gave Storey to leave. The company can easily get 5% of the local to accept. It's just an incentive for those who are ready to leave but need to cover the current inflation rates across the nation. This way you can retain some employees with 15-20 years of time that would be cut in surpluses. Thanks in advance

The ones who didn't take VSSP 18 months ago. They couldn't because they were too young to take risk of taking VSSP.
Most Technicians don't have the skill sets and not needed in other industries.
The ones whom took the VSSP 18 months ago over stayed their years. Should have retired decade ago instead of milking the retirement.

This company sucks and have ruined lives and families bigots and jerks I didn’t 20 years at another good company. Then 14 at this shxxx place and I need therapy to recover from it
They may be gearing up to make cuts. There is talk about sharply increasing several metrics to the point that it will be difficult at best to meet.
Area of approximately 70,000 people 3 communities less than one order a day and 75 percent disconnect within 90 days or outright cancel right away. 9 employees sitting around most of the day
They're going to have to cut. The workload in my area has dropped by half since last fall. I've heard it's the same throughout the company.
