Just got my box. Only took 2 1/2 weeks. A few minutes and the laptop is secured. Not a bad process but I could have dropped it off in Hopkinton a few weeks ago.

Based on the September 2022 WFR... the boxes took about two weeks, wait until you see the size of the boxes! They're huge! Inside the box, you'll find inflatable bags and a long straw to inflate the bags by mouth (not joking at all here). The great news is that two weeks later I received my severance via direct deposit.

Seeing as how you came to a site full of people who got laid off from the company and you're looking for customer service from the company, I'd say you're probably going to be waiting a while. Maybe you should try their customer service agents over on MySpace.

I would of been more than happy to drop it off. I just stuck in a corner for now. LOL

Leaving it on you desk = baby sit. You BBC like send it back with missing keys and a cracked screen. They’re only concerned with security of their files. Take a breath and relax.
