Cost of living raises?

When would this be announced to take place - time to jump ship?

They gave the standard blurb at the Legal Professionals town hall yesterday. The question referenced 3.5%.

Everything this ELT does is to line their pockets. Less money to employees means higher margins and a higher stock price. The ELT get paid through stock shares and options. SH and his trust me tone fools no one.

Don’t look to your employer to adjust for inflation. This is where your vote matters!

Beginning of March is when comp changes will be announced. Expect the usual 1%-3% depending on how you were assessed (partially met, achieved, etc)

I truly wonder what the real OHI/NPS score is. Based on the intensity of the Q&A I really bet it’s a lot lower than it really is.

I bet most people are scared to fill it out the way they truly feel.

I gave really low scores this last time. And my manager quickly changed their tone with me. Hmmmmm

They aren't giving any "cost of living raises". Once they pay out the bonuses it's time to jump ship.

People are struggling hard with the high inflation we are all experiencing. They are very tone def. We had a great quarter/year, but we can't you pay any more than ~2% you have been getting. Plus, you aren't coming into the office enough. So, we want you to spend even more money to make the trip into the office and to also pay for the pricey lunches.

But they don't have to pay. As long as there are people looking for work. They will pay the market minimum.

They also straight up said that TR comp was market competitive. Which was a lie.

Lol. They just said in the town hall that nobody will get a cost of living raise.
