I might have agreed with you that CL was the biggest collection of mouth breathers if I hadn't sat in on a couple meetings with Roadside Assistance
Allstate commercial lines was by far the biggest dumpster fire I've ever been apart of. Absolute bottom of the barrel management. The managers in places, including the oblivious to common sense "director" exist because competent people dipped months ago.
The previous 2nd in command manager dipped on literately 5 days notice. Ive never heard of that happening anywhere.

The sale to Progressive is contingent on Allstate dumping all CL business in all states they write in, this has been confirmed from a mid-level manager at Progressive.......start putting your resume out there people!!!
Demonstrated incompetence and lack of discipline by senior leadership to jump into the ride share business. Another desperate grab for growth that ended poorly. The handful of Liberty hires including GS thought they had the Commercial experience to outplay the market. Wrong.
Those are just the first five states CL is non-renewing in..
