5th anniversary of 3000 plus layoff

February 12 marked FIVE YEARS that BN “laid off” over 3000 and reported it as half that.
Has the company gotten better since firing loyal employees? I say no.

Company never recovered by scre*ing their career invested booksellers.
3000 plus ex employees, their families and their friends stopped supporting BN. That’s a lot of money to lose year round. BN didn’t support them, They returned the sentiment.

Store dusty. Cafe dirty. No one cares anymore. Got rid of dedicated, career oriented people and opted for the revolving fast food type.

I'm still on the Facebook Booksellers page and I can tell you no one is happy. The new employees don't do half of what the employees have done in the past. They only do enough to collect a pay check and go home. When the managers aren't around, they goof off. The store is unorganized and filthy. There are hardly any customers that actually buy anything. It's amazing this company stays open.

Only the store manager has been here more than 5 years. Everyone else has left because they hated the job. I'm only still here because I work 3 days for extra cash, so they leave me alone but I'd never work here full-time.
