I find it disgusting that you boast about record breaking quarters on Linkedin and yet you're not even man enough to send an email to the workers who line your pockets, apologizing for your failure as a leader to anticipate a market you have exploited and dominated for decades.
But that would require actual leadership and ownership.
How dare you, during the largest wealth transfer in American history, offer barely $32-35k with $3.5 million quotas to individuals who have to work several jobs JUST to work at Dell.
Michael, you DO realize that this isn't 1990 any longer, right?
There's something seriously wrong if every single person in your division works a second job after making pennies on the dollar for YOU each day.
And there's something even more wrong when people you interview with say that working for Dell long term is a red flag, because it not only produces low quality hardware, it produces low quality people.
