I am confused by Avaya's statement it will take action to accelerate transformation. Transformation to what? It expands the Ring Central arrangement. Who will buy from Avaya when they can buy Ring Central and who will buy from Avaya if it intends to transform with an alternate platform to Ring Central which would leave its Avaya cloud customers in a lurch when Avaya pulls the plug on the Ring Central partnership.
