state farm family - what a joke

I keep hearing management saying we are all state farm family. They keep saying this to the people they are outsourcing.

I've heard the line of cr-p, "state farm family", more times in January and February than the last five years.

What a joke. Don't tell me I'm part of the family. We've all been stabbed in the back by greed. This is all about bonuses for the executives. Don't believe all the other BS reasons.

If you want to use the phrase, "state farm family", add dysfunctional before family. "state farm dysfunctional family" or "state farm charles manson family"

Also, stop telling me we are all in this together. WE ARE NOT. You don't have to worry about your benefits, or being fired, impacts to your retirement, the uncertainty about your career, the pressure that puts on you, the impacts to your kids, and the lasting impacts to this.

Not only coworkers but for sure management don't trust. They'll pat you on the back and P I S S down your leg while telling you it's raining. Then, they laugh about it. A fine example is MIP, executive bonuses, and their perks while working less than you! They're all a bunch of pencil necks who don't have a set.

Its easy to not be fooled. Only follow the actions, never the words.

We stopped being a family company back in like 2013, no matter how much they keep saying it, there is zero actions to back it up.

Trust but verify is something this company taught me.
