Although my personal experience is not like that, I fully believe all those who say that their managers are doing everything in their power to get rid of them.
Apart from the usual bad atmosphere in the company, which actually forces everyone here to look for other opportunities, I am interested in why you get the impression that the manager specifically wants you out?
What additional pressures do they put on you that make you think you've become targeted?

@1jsl+1lbF6sxK wtf? Why would you make a personal call while on the clock? Especially if it's from your assigned company line. Id--t.
At the beginning of January a NEW guideline was introduced. No more UN. It's now called an action plan. There's one big difference between the 2 terms UN gives you 90 days to improve and action plan gives you 30. In addition to that they can get rid of you for past mistakes...even if it was 6 months ago. Yeah...sounds like a set up for failure to me. I believe anyone that has said they're suddenly being targeted too.
Putting you on a UN when your numbers aren’t perfect. A pip at any company is usually a ticking time bo-b, but at Allstate, getting put in a UN almost 100% means you will be fired at the end of it.
Listening to a Personal phone call for one - they aren’t supposed to do that!
