I agree that morale has been terrible in Dell Blue, with good reason. I don’t like to see anyone laid off, but those directors need to go. The work has gotten stale, the environment is toxic, and the opportunities for growth are nil.
You just described the entirety of Dell. We need new leadership company-wide if Dell is to improve in any significant way.
Directors talent is to get down sh-t as CPUs are too expensive, don't ever replace them without my approval.. lol
Spot on! Mid-level management is atrocious. Not sure what they do actually. They should have gutted them and kept the workers who actually provide value. Dell is hopelessly mismanaged. Defrauding investors & having to shell out 1 billion to settle isn't a great look.
Been here for 5yrs. Never saw anyone in our group promoted.
