What is wrong with these managers? All the bs comes down to the bottom line employees when it’s the manager not doing their jobs. Idk what to do with mine he made it clear from jump he don’t want his boss bothered so going to his boss is out the question. But I can’t even get mine to respond to me. So much going out and the ones doing all the work get chewed out. What are you suppose to do. The work load is already overwhelming and to not feel supported at all is making it that much worse. How much can your mental take.

It's a culture problem that starts at the top. Wayne actually wants you to quit so is putting policies in place to isolate you and scare you into quitting. Think about it. If you quit, they don't have to pay you severance. THIS is why we pay this CEO north of $5m per year.
