The script was ridiculous. I highly doubt your version of how this script came to be is true. Dell engages in discriminatory practices & they got caught just like they will this time. No CYA script will prevent it. God, the C-suite is more incompetent than previously thought. Dell is in the toilet because of these clowns. They are the ones that need to go!!!

Don't be offended by "the script." It's a legal CYA. Too many people got laid off in the past in a more respectful way, but then the lawsuits came where the laid off completely made up what was said to them at termination. That's why HR is on the call too. Don't be offended. There were legal CYAs when you came on board too.

The script is the worst 23 of service and its all about the customer. I was a customer.
