I dunno. I always thought Bob Davis was the worst CEO USAA had.

I was a 7 year employee when I left. Saw the writing on the wall a year and a half ago at this point. USAA had been going downhill since I joined. And all of it was attributed to sh-t management, egos of higher ups, and lack of willingness to innovate and actually try. Many managers were simply yes men, and had no back bones to do what needed done. So you get into situations like now, where everyone suffers from their incompetence.
Also think we need to end the mission monents. I get it, you or your family did service. Yes, thank you, but its getting redundant…
Q: "What happens to remote workers that aren't near an office?"
A: "Give us two weeks to get back to you 😜"
Gee, thanks Wayne!
So we're most likely getting cut in 2 weeks, right? Think it's time to start dusting off the resume.
Wayne has to be the worst CEO we’ve ever had. Even that adulterer, Bob Davis was better. At least you knew where you stood with him. Actually, I would also argue that this is the worst BOD we’ve ever seen also. No need to go above and beyond for the member because our company is not doing the same for us.
Saw it in UTV and was entertained by some faces that appeared angry, dissatisfied, or concerned. Who wouldn't be, it's a difficult time we are currently in now, nothing is certain anymore. The CEO did not reassure the flock that everything will be fine soon. Maybe we're just at the calm before the storm.
What I heard is that the company is just a revolving door, we just don't know when our time will come. The only thing that we can do is become prepared and be ready when our time comes (to be laid off/replaced, that is). Sigh.
