Time to walk away

After 2 years at Gainwell it’s past time to walk away. Hearing constantly from leadership that we are strong and doing well, yet behind the curtain layoffs are happening. Threats of people losing their jobs is a real thing that happens daily. And the leaders lie to our faces on a daily basis about how well we are doing. No explanation at all about layoffs or restructuring.

Leadership has spent all the investment money from Veritas and the results are a company that is laying off its workforce. Not a successful investment.

The turmoil is going to continue for years to come. People will be in constant worry that they will be let go.

To all Gainwell employees - it’s time to walk away. Start looking for another job. Don’t wait for the boat to sink. Don’t live in fear that you will be let go at any moment. This company is going to take years to straighten out, if it is even able to do so. Mr Saleh is not the leader to fix it. Quite the opposite. He know no other way than to hire in masses to attempt to fix a problem. Then layoff when the problem doesn’t get fixed.

Take my advice and walk away. The workforce at this company should leave in masses.

They are not going to attract any business if they keep laying off because that sh-t gets out there and people see it. Someone (Clients) is going to start asking questions and someone is going to have to answer them. (Leadership). You can spin the answer any way you want but bottom line is if you want to grow you need staff to do it. Optionally instead of cutting heads maybe start offering salary cuts.
