I don't want to deny that there is a very toxic, cliquey atmosphere here, that is, if you are not part of the clique, then everything is much harder for you. However, this problem was also present at the previous company where I worked. Such an atmosphere is definitely the reason why I am thinking about leaving here, but isn't it very likely that in the next company everything will depend on whether I became part of the clique or not? It seems to me that this issue is very widespread in all companies.

Expected to be part of a clique is one thing, but being expected to lie and cover for incompetent management is something totally different. That places your own job at risk.
