I personally don't know anyone who isn't actively trying to find another opportunity. Almost everyone is looking for something new.
It's sad how this company has been ruined by bad leadership moves of which there are so many that it's hard to decide what their worst mistakes were.

Get out on your own terms. Don’t wait until the company implodes or you get laid off. This poor leadership and mess of organization is going to continue.
It’s such a disappointment to see some good people hang on to a cr-p company.
