Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Toxic Sh!thole

It’s so sad that this once great company has become such a toxic mess. Group think, check the box low quality solutions.

Management by coercion and intimidation, micromanagement. Members deserve better. (Members and employees who are also members).

Honesty, integrity, loyalty, service, what was once great is empty. Now they are just marketing words.

Members deserve better. Employees deserve better. It’s bad, incompetent and failed leadership.

Wayne is not totally at fault. The BOD runs the company. He’s just their puppet.

Does Wayne has military experience? He’s definitely going to sink the ship. Inexperienced captain!

Stacy Nash was the best hire ever and she just left. Ron Fox was an amazing leader. They brought in a sh-t show from the big banks to fix. But those leaders have no clue about how things work and how poor the data infrastructure is.

Hope Wayne reads this because I left a 15 year career to go to USAA because the so called “mission” spoke to my heart. My father has been a member for over 50 years. I’ve witnessed USAA treat him very well.

The mission or members mean nothing in the bank. They would rather kowtow to and accommodate third party servicer than look out for members

I’m not necessarily saying it’s all of Wayne’s fault, but who else do you think shares the blame?

Not all of this is Wayne's fault, but he's surely not living up to USAA's mission.
