We answered honest one year many years ago, being told they were anonymous. Well then we got quizzed and why why we answered the way we did with specific questions from our answers. After that…everything is wonderful here, don’t change a thing. Got out 7 years ago best thing ever!

The company has become a bottomless cess pool of dysfunction.
Read the instructions. The survey in not anonymous. I have nothing positive to say as the managers have not idea what our jobs do anymore. Nice people, but the company is not the same.
I like how when you don't fill it out and then you continually get emails to ask you when you're going to fill out the survey, the anonymous survey!

I write the same Negative (stuff) in every survey. Which is about every 6 months. So, this time I wrote "SEE PREVIOUS SURVEYS"...and "I THINK I WOULD HAVE MORE FUN TALKING TO A BRICK WALL". ha!
The survey isn't about the company. It never has been. Leadership never thinks they are the problem. Low survey results is used to judge you and your team or dismissed entirely because union employees are negative nellies.
at least this time they didn't layoff scores of people just before sending out the stupid survey. someone wised up there!
Strongly disagree usually is an appropriate answer for most questions. What a joke the ESS is.
Don't even bother filling it out unless you really need to.
I let 'em have it. Put mostly strongly disagree down the line
