When will the new ethics brochure be mailed to current employees ? Will it be updated to include instructions in how to avoid being “tone deaf”, as Warren Buffet has has characterized Norfolk Southern’s treatment of East Palestine residents ?
The 'accident' in palistine doesnt have anything to do with earnings. But they will have to use much of the earnings to make those people whole. The people effected act as thou they are devastated, but monetarily they are much better off. I wish I would have bought one of those shacks down there prior to this 'accident', I would be dancing all the way to the bank.
If the “reorganizing” of jobs, abolishment of pools and the (once again) trimming of already bare-nothing extra boards set to take place next week are any indication, then things really are not good. But we already knew that.
It’ll be a tough earnings call. But they’ll be hiding behind their brave face while gushing about how we’re doing better than ever. As usual.

Wonder what the total bill of their mess came out to??? And how convenient the loco recording device lost 11 hours and 45 minutes of the accident. Only able to see 15 minutes. That don't look suspicious.
