They wanted a high-quality, sustainably sourced product of course!
To save money of course!
You burn yourself providing trainings, guidance, feedback etc etc to them, and they still do not care to learn. They are ignoring all help as they expect constantly to be said exactly each time what to do. Really no support at all from them.... just trouble.
