After reading that article it just confirms he isn't living in reality. A salesman, yes...The sad part he probably believes all that he said to be true and good. So sad!! He's not living it like we are in the real world!
OK, so it took 100 years read that article about a 100 year old company, and all I got out of it was he kept saying "I have this..." and "My copier...", and "My technicians...", and "I" and "My.."
Maybe just focus on the next 1/4? Looking beyond that is just ridiculous.
