This new alignment will fail, you can't pay people less and expect more. You can't cookie cut stores, what's it called when you keep trying the same thing over and over expecting different results?

Gee, I wish they would talk to me about my journey of decades of dedicated service and then having to reapply for a job that pays half as much and doubles the responsibilities - while people on this forum imply that I'm lazy and deserved what I'm getting.
