10K and Proxy Statement were just released.

Here is your yearly reminder that the Executives live by different standards than you. Remember how your manager could barely find the funds to give you 100% STI? Well the Executive Team all got millions more than their targets:

  1. Zaffino: 174% of target for $3M extra (remember he got $50M with his 5 year contract this year too)
  2. Fitzsimmons: 176% of target for an extra $1.3M
  3. Fato: 163% of target for an extra $1.2M (also got a $3M one time bonus for "extraordinary performance from the Corebridge Sale")
  4. Hogan - 104% for an extra $150k
  5. McElroy - 130% for an extra $750k

JR and CW both CIOs in tech. Do we need two stuffed suits to run technology into the ground? And why do we have two PMO orgs?

WTF. CRBG here and I’m seeing that the performance factor was 94%, yet it seems that virtually all employees were given 90%, even those rated Above and Beyond. 😡
