Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Fun Final Day of ASIC Challenge

Considering Friday is the final day as Allstate employees in ASIC and RMBC before we are forced off and sold to some third world owned $3.75 and hour Filipino hack a$$ vendor we are going to have some fun. Many of us are going to see how long we can sit in away and aux before our few remaining leaders who also don't give a shlit actually say something...and how quickly we ignore them from the comfort of our own home offices a few states away silently telling them to fook off. No worries. The Filipinos need to earn their blocks of stale cheese, rusty nails, and $3.75 and hour so they can expertly handle things!

@OP- just curious how this turned out for you all? Was there an Aux party and were there any impacts?

That’s valid but if I have a less than 12 month renters needing to be converted to homeowners and I also have a supporting line ten auto. I can know all the rules but will still require RMBC approval. I already know the RMP. My point is that they have been instrumental in helping get things done when needed. I am sure there are agents that don’t like the answers and if they actually read the process library could save time and money by knowing the answers. Inexperienced LSP will certainly not read and expect and argue for the answer they want but there are many out here that know when and when not to contact RMBC. The process library is not set up for inexperienced LSP to go in and pick a line, then read through making sure they have the right contract and find an answer to what sometimes is a simple question.

RMBC is a little more complicated. However, that no decision message tells you why it's a no decision. Nothing is wrong with chatting in for help. It's just when you expect that we can overule allstate. Even with RMBC no decision, RMBC can tell you if anything can be done or changed to get bound based on the RMP. Most agents are good agents and I like helping. It's just tough the ones that are entitled. You cane take and show them the rule or guideline and they will get upset at you like you created the rule

To the person below who worked in RMBC who said agents like me expect magic. Have you worked as an LSP and at the end of the binding you receive “no decision”? At that point you have no choice to but to contact RMBC for them to confirm eligibility of the customer for that policy. If you really worked in RMBC you would have know this but I digress,

I understand being upset that you are losing your job, I’d be pi---d off. But…. Why are you attacking Filipino people? You should maybe be upset with your government for not doing more to keep jobs here in the US.

To the last post. I have worked both ASIC and RMBC. The problem with agents like you (most are fine) is that you can't follow directions. Honestly, especially with ASIC you can find almost any answer you need in Gateway besides billing. However, you ask a question and get provided an answer and don't listen. You think we have a magic wand and can overule allstate. None of us are paid that much or have that high of authority. Not eligible for a discount? That ASIC REP doesn't want to help me! No, it's that we are powerless and if you READ rules and rates you wouldn't have made your mistake

Except that’s not true. ASIC and RMBC have helped retention tremendously over the years by speaking with RMBC I have retained policies that were going to be wrongfully terminated or long time customers reinstated. ASIC has also been a great help when needed. They have a right to be upset. Do you understand sarcasm? You obviously aren’t affected by any of these changes.

That’s a pretty mature approach. Those two departments have been a complete joke for years. Imagine that- sitting around and doing nothing. Not much of a change from how it always has been. You clowns have done more work to get out of work. Not a big fan of things going overseas, but it certainly can’t get any worse.
