Changes to be made immediately:

Workforce reduction globally by 1% or 480 impacted employees, nearly all impacted employees have been given their notice/package. No comment on the contents of the package.
Restructuring of Lyve and reduction in investments in that line as well as the removal of Ravi Naik as Leader of Lyve
IT reporting to Finance
Focus on delivering 30TB drives and drive Lyve
Continue to closely managing cost, although I can't say has we have done that well EVER.

If Seagate isn’t serious about being responsible to manage customer data they should exit Lyve completely. Do we even have any customers? You can’t have ar-e that business with skimpy low cost poor support. It’s a 24/7 requirement. I don’t feel Seagate is a serious enough company to do that.
