Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

New recruit salaries

Now that I’m out I’ll let you onto a little something….

New recruits on the aerospace side of the business are on £45k plus flex. Senior posts are £50k plus.

They are so desperate to hire new staff they’re literally paying anything to anyone.

They are can’t get staff with SC, that’s why they’re giving 2k a year for you to keep your SC.

Just let that sink in, these tramps don’t give anything for free unless there is something in it for them. They need X people in the business to bid for secure business. Don’t think for one second they’re doing you a favour.

These are the same people who couldn’t give you a £50 a month cost of living crisis payment, and they’ve suddenly found 2k to give everyone? And 10k for DV!

Get with the program.

Drucker, arguably the most famous management thinker, suggested the pay ratio between CEOs and employees be a maximum of 25-to-1.

DXC's CEO pay ratio is currently 918-to-1.

All the existing staff have to pay 15% of thier salary to the Mike Salvino and Ex Accenture gang fund. That's why you are not being paid market rate.

It's like a federal tax, and that's why you don't get a raise but they do.

Your money is being paid into thier bank accounts. The biggest accounting scandal going.

You work for DXC but you also work for the Mike gang.

Remind yourself next time you’re training someone up and they don’t know sh-t. That they’re on around £15-18k more than you. Your manager will NEVER tell you!!

And these days DXC also pay entry level positions £35k minimum plus flex.

They’ve taken you for mugs. And there isn’t a damn thing you can do about it.

Enough is enough, I got encouraged with the aerospace thread and I felt it appropriate to keep up with the trend. This thread won’t stay on long!!!
