It's not easy to work when you have no motivation at all. I watched the company get rid off some of the best people I worked with, who always worked very hard. After that, how can I have the motivation to give my best? My only hope is that I will find a new job soon.

You're DEFINITELY in the majority on that one. To quote from the new show "Lucky Hank", this place has become "MEDIOCRITY'S CAPITAL" - it seems that only talented, high-quality people are no longer required here, but Elephants Health can't seem to get enough of those do-nothing, talentless Legato folks. Sadly, I think you are in the majority on that one. There are so many morale killers at this company, it is ridiculous.....
