Some obvious douche bags who apparently don’t know what it feels like to be appreciated for doing a good job! It’s nice when a leader (not a boss) can acknowledge the efforts of their people and let them know they’re making positive impacts. I’ve been blessed with good leaders and it does make a difference in your day to day feeling about waking up and going to work. You fools making these macho comments really shows you should have been shown the door years ago.
This is society's fault for teaching that every kid should get a trophy. When my kid got a trophy for coming to camp for 3 years in a row, I threw it in the trash.
Lets all chip in and get them an employee award plaque made of plastic you can put on your wall in your cubicle so eveyone will know one time you were so great they spent $15 on you.
This pour soul needs to be recognized with an award- Jelly of the Month Club. Stand in the corner and cry.

You get your "praise" every two weeks in your bank account for doing what is expected of you. If that isn't enough then there's the door. Some people really think they are owed the world just from a job. The entitlement and self importance of society nowadays is embarrassing.
Management does not take the time to care, to find out who their employees are, to really understand the American issues at hand as adjusters or customer service reps. Sadly, they got used to India serfs bowing down and smiling happily to finally have a good job in that country. Allstate to them is a hero. Allstate has sold their soul and they want everyone on shore to leave on their own, but only when
Allstate USA is ready for them to. So….they aren’t going yo give you any show of concern or praise.
Shut the fVck up, do your job, and collect your paycheck. The days of being patted on the head like a little puppy for doing what you're supposed to ended in 4th grade.
