Those rif numbers are so small that they don't matter .Two people from seagate Springtown.Hardly scrapes the surface.
We have been told it’s a 1% cut at NRM, our group lost 2 young professionals who also happened to be Awesome Kind Hearted People. Very sad to see them go.

Yep it's happening. My Mgr said 1% reduction. I'm waiting for my papers now. At least 2 from my NRM team.
