Rumors swirling about next RIF for Optum/CHC employees at end of March. Is anyone with reliable info willing to share whether this will be at the end of March or first week of April and what groups will be impacted?

April 6th! Optum IT just got hit!
Offshoring to Philippines is 1/5 of the cost of mainland RNs. They’re employed long enough to get to mainland & aggressively try to displace American RNs in acute care now??? Very transparent & Optum has enabled this. It’s not just WAH positions anymore. I will never choose any company offshoring ever again for employment or products.
Optum/UHC can’t be trusted in offering an employee any job security.
Did Mr 100x/zero distance deliver anything yet? lots of posts pictures and hot gas so far.
0 distance = human centered design and is 100x more expensive and 1000x slower
Train wreck at 1000x. Coming soon near you.
For those who remain - do 100x with less people and more on your shoulders. If you just shout 100x at your workers they will work faster.
Confirmed April 6th. 500+ across all of Optum Tech
We had managers layoff in March, but their last day is April 6th, so they could transition work. I'm thinking April 6th may be another round of RIFs to match their exit date.
Checking off the days until April 6th. Lets drop them 2's 100X
If you are laid off it’s the best thing that could happen to you. Take your ticket out of the sess pool and find another company that treats their employees and patients better. FREE YOURSELVES!!
1000s at OGA to make room for new 100x speed zero distance contractors.
4/6 is confirmed. Will hit Optum Technology.
Layoffs across the board, hitting most areas. Sorry, I realize that may not be helpful but it’s not secluded to only one or two depts.
I was hearing the 30th & 31st for CHC & then some start of April, so who knows what the heck is true. I'm just going to hit them with a uno reverse card if they lay me off.
What departments?
I have heard April 6ish so, end of first week of April — next week.
