When you try to define the acronyms you will find in the last few years Allstate has changed. CCC was CIC. Now CCC is acronym for what was CIC is also claims approved body shop repair facility now know also as CCC.

Allstate is 100 percent not getting rid of appraisers and using IA. They are double the cost of an appraisal from staff option.

All appraiser roles are being sent to IA vendors by 3rd quarter of 2024. I was told by my CSL to prepare for a change in how Allstate handles inspecting vehicles just before Christmas so I could start looking and I have done so to be ready for the announcement.
Yes. Division managers moved to vendors and directors of departments moved or eliminated. Not at all just entry level.
The CCC is customer service, ASIC is agency service, and RMBC is underwriting. It's not only entry level, but entire departments. The rumors are claims is next. I have no knowledge or source but have seen multiple posts on here as well as my manager said allstate is going to try to outsource everything area they can
Naming departments is useless. Name the roles. From my knowledge, it's mostly lower skilled entry level jobs

What areas in policy admin?
CCC, ASIC, RMBC so far. Per the vendor Concentrix they will be contracting for areas of Claims and Policy Admin later this year.
